Simply mail in three ATC's and a prepaid envelope by the 1st of the month to participate. Three ATC's will be returned to you by the 15th of the month using the envelope you provided.
*How to determine postage on the prepaid envelope? Once you have your first three ATC's completed, bring them to the post office along with our address. The post office will provide you will the amount it will cost to mail them to us. Your prepaid envelope will be the same amount as the three cards coming back to you should weigh the same.
