Beginner Journal Making Class

Do you want to learn how to create beautiful journals? The perfect class for those new to journaling or always wanted to start. We specialize in vintage journaling using mostly old ephemera items including vintage fabrics, books pages, music sheets and more. Want a more modern look? Don't worry, we have modern papers too. We combine elements from art journaling, junk journaling, and scrapbooking.

When attending this class, we will discuss the different types of journaling and styles. You will choose papers and create a one signature journal with cardstock cover. During this process, you will learn how to sew a signature and different page folding techniques.  You will also learn different techniques including making envelopes, pockets, layering and more.

There is an hour of instruction followed by an hour of time to create using our journaling supplies and tools.
