All paper crafter's always have an abundance of scrap paper laying around from prior projects. We are always looking for ways to utilize it in a functional way. Making these paper pads is one of my favorite ideas. They can be tucked into journal pockets or used for jotting notes.
You can do a variety of different styles and closures to match your vibe. To recreate the one I made, simply grab scrap paper and tear them in graduating sizes. I used a piece of cardstock for my back. Fold the top over approximately an inch and seat the torn paper in the folded edge. I punched two holes and tied a vintage fabric strip.
